Easy, Healthy Meals at Home

This is a quick showing of some meals that I had the week of my ovulation phase. Ovulation is right after your follicular phase in your full menstrual cycle. During my ovulation phase, I love to emphasize eating whole foods and focusing on omega 3s and citrus fruits. Also, I love to eat a lot of protein in the morning for breakfast to help reduce constant snacking throughout the day. Eggs are quick and easy protein sources that I love to eat. Sometimes I’ll have them in the morning for breakfast or if I want more protein for dinner I will eat a boiled egg on the side of my steak and veggies! I also love to have at least one fruit or vegetable or both in my meals both in the morning for breakfast and evening for dinner. When I make my vegetables to eat during my ovulation phase, I like to either steam them or eat them raw with some olive oil drizzled on top and salt and lemon pepper. Simple enough and makes me feel like I’m full of energy when I’m done :)
