My name is Tracey Lewis and even though I was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Carmel, Indiana, I am grounded and connected to both cities. From the beginning, I had an innate talent at being creative for anything-from fashion designing, traveling, filming, and editing to putting all the pieces together at once. Another real passion eventually became apparent to me over the years: working with leaders, help in organizing and coordinating projects, making it quite an inspiration for an executive assistant career for me.

I, therefore, have tray early over the years accustomed to dynamic environments where I have been able to make use of the gift of creativity and organizational skills to effect a change. Whether it’s in the management of schedules, office communication, or coordinating projects, my adaptability and strategic thinking enable me to provide seamless support. Trained in creativity and enthusiastic about helping others succeed, I am looking forward to taking my role as an executive assistant and to helping leaders and businesses flourish and fulfill their intended purposes.

Professional Background

  • I have a strong background in customer service and sales with both beauty and fashion industries, where I excelled at problem solving and delivering substantial support. Whether it was helping customers to identify effective solutions or supporting coworkers in overcoming obstacles, I learned a lot about how to adapt, communicate effectively, and maintain a solution oriented attitude. The skills I learned that summer helped me to transition into elective assistance, where that same devotion to support and excellence is utilized.

  • I am actively pursing an executive assistant career, drawing from my customer focused background, organizational strengths, and creative problem solving abilities. Currently, my focus is to offer high level support to leaders and businesses through scheduled management, streamlining of operations, and project coordination. I continually improve my executive administration, effective communication, and prioritization skills in order to deliver unparalleled value to the executives and teams I serve.

Throughout the years, I have devoted many hours to the betterment of my skill sin particular fashion design. My passion for the fashion world started during my time in high school and since that, I have created collections and designs that I am proud to share. My creative portfolio is reflective of my works that show my love for artistry and attention to detail.

As I have expanded my career, I have also redirected my focus toward executive assistance.
